Passing many famous scenery places in the world, the production team of “Kong: Skull island” picked Quang Binh to be the main location to film. As a result, many people would question this decision
And here are the reasons why:
1. DA DEO PASS: lying in part of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National park, this is where the director chose to be the scene in which main characters explore a “strange landscape.” This area is surrounded by high mountain ranges, covered by clouds all seasons. Covered the valley is a vast area of lush green rain forest. Deep in the mountains, there are many unexplored, mysterious caves. During the days, you can hear the breathtaking screech of the eagles.
2. TAN HOA VALLEY: covered in dense limestone mountains on Quy Dat plateau. There are at least 23 discovered caves that run for miles beneath the mountain ranges; however, only 8 of them have been explored and open for tourist who seek for risky adventure. Hang Chuột is going to be the home of the giant apes in movie. One of the main scenes in which the main characters’ helicopter crashes is filmed in front of Tu Lan cave.
3. YEN PHU LAKE: where the lake shore is carpeted with large stones, is a gathering place for all the animals living in the area. In the movie, this is where the battle between Kong and the giant monsters.
